INDIANAPOLIS – The Indianapolis Public Library’s annual Meet an Author, Be an Author Book Fair is taking place on October 18, 2025, between 11:00 a.m. and 2 p.m., at Central Library. The Meet an Author, Be an Author Book Fair invites the public to meet local authors, attend writing workshops, and network with published writers, aspiring writers, and fans. No registration is required to attend this free and family-friendly event.
Local authors are invited to apply to be featured at the Meet an Author, Be an Author Book Fair. Featured authors will receive free table space to sell and promote their books, network with other authors, and engage with the public. Applications will be accepted July 7, 2025 through August 17, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. Applications will be reviewed and authors notified of acceptance on or after September 15, 2025.
