INDIANAPOLIS — Join this celebration to honor the life and legacy of David Ray Short and celebrate the character and sportsmanship he exuded through the initiation of the Love Like David Foundation for Athletes. Live music, food & games will be held in the Little Flower Gymnasium on Saturday, March 22 from 6 – 10 p.m. Tickets are available for pre-order and at the door the night of the event. Admission is $25 per adult, and $3 per child, or $50 for a family of 5. All proceeds go to support Little Flower CYO Sports fees. Cash and credit cards will be accepted.
The featured bands are the LF Trio and NO Drama.
David R. Short II, 26, who joined the Indianapolis Fire Department in late February 2019, died after his vehicle was struck head-on by a pickup truck. Previously, he was a much-beloved server at Jockamo.
