INDIANAPOLIS — The City of Indianapolis announced the selection of Speakfully as the tool for an anonymous, third-party workplace reporting platform and hotline. Speakfully was selected in consultation with City-County Councilors Crista Carlino, Jessica McCormick, and Andy Nielsen, who continue to receive updates as the City works through the procurement process as mandated by law and ordinance. The selection and procurement of the anonymous reporting tool represents the next step in the ongoing work to improve workplace culture within the City-County.
Multiple agencies in partnership with the City-County Council were involved in reviewing and selecting the new anonymous reporting tool. This included the Information Services Agency, the Human Resources Office, the Office of Finance and Management’s Purchasing Division and Risk and Safety Management Unit, and the Office of Audit and Performance. In the weeks following the selection of Speakfully, the City’s Office of Corporation Counsel and Information Services Agency have been working through initial due diligence on compliance with City of Indianapolis policies and technology.
