INDIANAPOLIS — Bloombox Festival, formerly IMAF is on June 15 from 12-8 p.m.
Bloombox is a free, daylong festival highlighting the best independent local and regional musicians, visual artists, food vendors, and crafters. The festival is held on the grounds of the Harrison Center, 1505 N. Delaware. Admission is free.
In the courtyard, two stages feature continuous music throughout the day. Rusty Redenbacher returns as emcee along with Caleb Keitt. An exciting line-up from a wide range of musical genres is in store for attendees.
Around the Harrison Center, craft vendors will peddle their wares. A variety of food trucks will provide delicious food options, Sun King Brewery will serve locally-produced beer, and Ash & Elm Cider Co. will serve cider. ArtMix returns with its popular ice cream fundraiser featuring handmade ceramic bowls. The free roller skating rink will also return.
Inside is the INDIEana Handicraft Exchange, which features dozens of local craftspeople and their works, from jewelry to personal care items.
