INDIANAPOLIS — Dr. Peg Dispenzieri will become Scecina’s next principal as of July 1.
Dr. Dispenzieri holds more than 20 years of educational experience as a classroom teacher and administrator at the elementary, high school, and district levels. She served eight years as a high school science teacher at Bishop Chatard High School, six years as principal of Nativity Catholic School, eight years as assistant principal/director of academics at Guerin Catholic High School, and five years as Superintendent of Catholic Schools in the Diocese of Lafayette-in-Indiana. Recently, Dr. Dispenzieri served as Director of Transition to Teaching Program at Franklin College.
Dr. Dispenzieri holds a bachelor of science degree in biology from John Carroll University, a master of education degree from Indiana Wesleyan University, and a Ph. D. degree in K-12 instructional leadership from Walden University.
Dr. Dispenzieri will replace current principal David Dellacca, whose service as principal will conclude on June 30, after four years of dedicated and caring service in the role.
