IRVINGTON — The Historic Irvington business district will hold its 18th Annual Holiday Open House on Friday, Dec. 2 from 5-10 p.m. at many shops along the East Washington and Bonna Ave. business districts.
In the collection of businesses at 5610 E. Washington St., Artisan Realtors will have a tree auction and coloring contest, and Redefined Hope will have an ugly sweater contest. Along the north strip of shops, check out Josephine’s to possibly win a gift, and Black Sheep Gifts for a visit with the Grinch and a big sale, then on to Jockamo Pizza for a coloring and cookie sale. Beth Clary Gallery will have live piano music. Stop by Irvington United Methodist Church at 30 N. Audubon for an auction. Further on at 5844 E. Washington St., BaZaar Oh! Vintage will host a letter writing to Santa.
Crossing over to the south side of Washington St., check out Snips for ornament decorating, then George Thomas Florist to meet Santa, and then over to Hampton Designs Studio and Shop to meet Elsa and Princess and get a reindeer makeover.
Heading south on Audubon to Bonna, check out Landlocked’s cookie decorating event and market. Gallery of Homes/Compass will host a face painting event, Irvington Vinyl & Books hosts live jazz, and Front Door Home Design on Bonna will have a hot chocolate station.
The Irvington Open House showcases the diversity of businesses in the historic neighborhood.
The open house is hosted by the Irvington Business Association.
