INDIANAPOLIS — FIDO (Friends of Indianapolis Dogs Outside) is teaming up Indy Neighborhood Cats on a cat food drive to bring in a whopping 5,000 pounds of dry cat food.
The drive runs through October 30, and FIDO is looking for dry cat food of any kind. You may order on-line and have food delivered to FIDO, 1505 N Sherman Dr, Indianapolis, IN 46201 or purchase and then drop off at the FIDO warehouse (same address) between noon and 6 p.m, any day between Oct. 24 and Oct. 30.
You may also purchase at either of the following pet stores between Oct. 24 and Oct. 30, and leave the food in the bin at the store for volunteers to pick up:

• Pet Supplies Plus, Greenwood, 8810 S. Emerson Ave, Suite 180
FIDO provides pet food for dogs and cats for underserved clients at a monthly pantry. In addition, the organization offers outreach programs for the humane treatment of pets, including fencing, and spay/neuter transport. For more information on FIDO, visit fidoindy.org.
