IRVINGTON — As part of the exhibit Pennsy — More than a Trail at the Bona Thompson Memorial Center, an Irvington Community Bike Ride has been organized for Saturday, April 30. It is hoped this will become a weekly event. The ride begins at 10 a.m. at Bona, 5350 E. University Ave. and connects with the Pennsy through to the tunnel under I-465 and back.
Kids under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Everyone must wear a helmet and bring water. Everyone must follow the rules of the road.
Registration is online at eventbrite.com. The ride is co-sponsored by Bike Indianapolis.
