INDIANAPOLIS — Indy Magic will usher in indoor seating at the Indy Fringe Basile Theatre on Thursday, .Aug. 5 at 7 p.m. The theater is located at 719 E. St. Clair. Tickets and advanced beer and wine purchases are at indyfringe.org.
The show will feature two of the magicians in the Indianapolis Fringe Festival this year, the return of a favorite Las Vegas magicians, and the return of one of Taylor’s characters not seen in two years.
Jordan Rooks has been in Indy Fringe before and has had sold out shows. He is from Bloomington, Indiana, but currently resides in Las Vegas and has worked with some of the big acts there.
Brendon Ware has been showcased in their Young Whippersnappers show and has taken great strides since. He has studied at Second City in Chicago and has recently been accepted at the Strasberg Institute in New York City. As the Reluctant Mentalist, you’ll be enthralled with this rising star of magic.
Sean Scott has appeared in Indy Magic Monthly, but not in a few years. He is currently a resident magician on Fremont Street in Las Vegas and performs 8 sets a night there.
Finally, this is all hosted by Taylor Martin in his return to the Indy Magic as Andrea Merlyn, the Queen of Magic. Her set will include some of your favorite routines of hers and she will add a glamorous touch to the evening as hostess.
Tickets are $20 for adults, $15 for seniors and under 15, and $10 for Indy Fringe Volunteers.
