INDIANAPOLIS — Pathways Over Pogue’s neighborhood has been selected as a finalist for the Neighborhood of the Year Award from Neighborhoods, USA. The winner will be announced May 21 online.
Pathways Over Pogue’s formed in 2017 to bring attention to the condition of the historic Nowland Street Bridge in Spades Park on the east side. POP were strong advocates for repairing the bridge, and instrumental in raising funds to repair the bridge and get the Pogue’s Run Trail finished.
