INDIANAPOLIS — 2021 property tax bills will be mailed on or about April 8 and e-mail tax statements will be sent on Saturday, April 3.
A variety of convenient “Remote Pay” options are available to pay 2021 property tax bills. The options include:
• Monthly or semi-annual automatic deductions
• Online payment options
• Online E-check using bank account and routing number will be free of charge from April 6 through May 10
• Paperless e-billing
• Voice pay by phone at 317-327-4829
• Pay by text
Taxpayers can always simply mail their payment to the Marion County Treasurer’s Office, City-County Building, 200 East Washington Street, Suite 1001, Indianapolis, In, 46204.
For additional information or to pay online, please go to treasurer.indy.gov and click on “Pay Your Property Taxes or View Current Tax Bill.” Taxpayers with questions regarding the property tax bill or any of the payment options can also call the Treasurer’s Office at 317-327-4444.
While contact-free payment is strongly recommended, pay-in-person options are also available at the City-County Building (Room 107) and at branches of the following partner banks: Fifth Third Bank, Financial Center First Credit Union, Merchants Bank of Indiana, STAR Financial Bank and Stock Yards Bank & Trust. Taxpayers paying in person at the City-County Building or at a bank branch should take their tax statement to facilitate payment.
