INDIANAPOLIS — The 500 Festival recently launched the 2021 Kickoff to May Coloring Contest. Children ages 12 and under are invited to participate in the contest. Entries will be selected on creativity and originality and the two grand prize winners will receive a scholarship in the amount of $500, courtesy of STAR Bank. The two grand prize winners will be announced during the 2021 500 Festival Kickoff to May, presented by STAR Bank. The 2021 event will be open only to the media, adhering to health guidelines, and will take place on Wednesday, May 5, from 11:30 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. on Monument Circle in downtown Indianapolis.
To participate in the 2021 Kickoff to May Coloring Contest, decorate a coloring sheet and complete the entry form. Submissions can be uploaded to the 500 Festival’s website. Alternatively, entries can be mailed to: Attn: Kickoff to May Coloring Contest, 46 Monument Cir, Indianapolis, IN 46204. Entries must be received by Friday, April 30 at 11:59 p.m.
