IRVINGTON — The Irvington Historical Society is now offering select books and commemorative bricks for one-of-a-kind gifts. You may order online at irvingtonhistoricalsociety.square.site and select from many unique titles about the Irvington area such as The Mystery of the H.H. Holmes Collection by Alan Hunter, Blessings in Our Soup by Bernadette Dufour Lathrop and Maria Dufour, or Irvington Album by Larry Muncie. Some are available in limited quantities, so order early.
In addition to books, the Irvington Historical Society is selling Historic Irvington signs, handcrafted Kile Oak tiles, a plaque, and commemorative Irvington Sesquicentennial bricks.
Items can be delivered locally or picked up at the Bona Thompson Memorial Center, 5350 University Ave. during open hours — Wednesdays from 1-3 p.m. and Saturdays and Sundays from 1-4 p.m.
