Sharp Spike in COVID-19 Cases in Indiana

INDIANA — As of November 9, the State of Indiana has recorded 214,509 positive cases of COVID-19 total and 4,418 deaths. In Marion County, a total of 804 deaths have been recorded, and 30,786 cases reported since March 6.
Due to the spike in cases and positivity rates, Gov. Holcomb has extended the health emergency to Dec. 1. Guidelines for public safety throughout the state will continue to be enforced.
As of this writing, the statewide mask mandate is set to expire on Nov. 14. The county’s mask mandate has no expiration date.
