INDIANAPOLIS — The second public meeting for the 10th and Rural Streetscape project will take place on Wednesday, Jan. 29 at 5 p.m. At the meeting, the consulting firms will be sharing preliminary streetscape configurations for 10th St., Rural St., and the 10th and Rural intersection. There will also be a discussion around placemaking opportunities. The meeting will take place in the Springdale Classroom at the John Boner Neighborhood Centers (2236 E. 10th Street).
