INDIANAPOLIS — King Park Development Corporation (King Park) and Renew Indianapolis announced today the merger of business operations to offer comprehensive community stabilization and development services in Indianapolis.
King Park and Renew Indianapolis have a long-standing and successful working relationship, providing access to affordable housing, economic prosperity, and social opportunities in Indianapolis. The merged organization, Renew Indianapolis Inc., will provide comprehensive community development services focused on:
• Revitalizing neighborhoods by renovating, building, and financing affordable housing
• Driving economic growth and sustainability with business lending and services
• Impacting and contributing to the quality of life of Central Indiana residents
• Connecting those willing to invest in the future to available properties through the land bank
The Renew Indianapolis Inc. merger will take effect on January 1, 2020, and the transition will not impact any services or products currently provided.
