INDIANAPOLIS — Monument Circle in the heart of Indianapolis will come alive with patriotic light and sound presentations beginning on Saturday, Nov. 9. There will be a five minute patriotic program projected from the northeast quadrant on to the IPL and Circle Tower beginning just after dusk every evening. The patriotic theme will continue until a new holiday themed program begins Friday, Nov. 29 with the Circle of Lights festivities.
Funded by a Lilly Endowment grant, the Shining a Light program will continue throughout the holiday season and into the new year.
