INDIANAPOLIS — David Short II, 26, died in a car crash in Hancock County on April 20.
Employed at Jockamo Upper Crust Pizza in Irvington for eight years, where he was a dedicated and popular employee, he had recently left the restaurant to pursue his lifelong dream of becoming a firefighter. He was accepted into the Indianapolis Fire Department’s training program as a member of class 84.
David was a graduate of Scecina High School.
Funeral arrangements were pending at the time of publication.
