INDIANAPOLIS — Indianapolis Animal Care Services (IACS) announced that some of their long-termers were able to find their forever homes thanks to the community’s support. The 12 Days of Strays promotion, as well as the Home for the Pawlidays Promotion was a big success.
There were 480 adoptions from Dec. 1- Dec. 27. However, there are still more than 800 animals in the care of IACS. All adoption fees will be waived through Jan. 10 for the animals that didn’t find their forever homes before Christmas.
