INGTON — An estimated 60,000 attended the 2018 Historic Halloween Festival Street Fair on Oct. 27, setting a new record!
The Battle of the Bands was won by Jeff Kelly and the Graveyard Shift. The first ever Coffin Race was won by the Dirty Irvs.

• First place winners of the window painting contest: Genevieve (ages 3-4); Avalyn Shea (ages 5-6); Lucas Thompson (ages 7-8); Jacob Marshall (ages 9-10); Karmin Shaw (ages 11-13); Alana Hartley (ages 14-18); Luke Lat (adult).
• Canine costume contest winners: Pepper and Melanie Stark (Granny & Big Bad Wolf) for child with dog; Kevin Quinn & McKenzie Witherell (UPS Guy) for adult with dog.
• Writing contest winners: Nolan Davis, elementary; Hannah Comley, middle school; Olivia Garrison, high school; Rachael Eliker, adult.
• House decoration contest: Rookie, 908 N. Ritter; Scariest, 254 S. Ritter; Judges Choice, 5857 Dewey; Pumpkins, 5827 Dewey; Skeleton, 5954 Dewey
