“Inhabit” at the Irving Theater

IRVINGTON — There will be a showing of the film Inhabit at the Irving Theater on June 27 at 7 p.m. The theater is located at 5505 E. Washington St. Food and beverages will be available for purchase. The film is free.
The film is a feature length documentary detailing permaculture — a design method that offers a way of looking at issues related to agriculture, economics, governance, and more.
The showing is hosted by the Marion County Soil and Water Conservation District.

Irvington Lodge and Irvington Books & Vinyl Open House June 30

IRVINGTON — Irvington Vinyl & Books, in partnership with The Irvington Lodge, will open their doors for the first time on Saturday, June 30th from 1:00pm- 7:00pm.
Held where Bookmamas and Irvington Vinyl once sat at 9 Johnson Ave, owner Elysia Smith will welcome us into her new concept with live music, poetry, vendors, walking tours of the Irvington Lodge, great sales, and new inventory.
The Irvington Lodge new ownership will open the space up to the public June 30 with a variety of vendors. Visitors will be welcome to browse the space, a historic building that was first a Masonic Lodge.
