INDIANAPOLIS — To celebrate Earth Day, Indianapolis Animal Care Services (IACS) has announced that pet adoptions will be just $1 through April 30. The cost includes spa/neuter, microchip, vaccinations, and heartworm or FIB/FeLV testing.
