INDIANAPOLIS — The Indian Housing and Community Development Authority recently announced nearly $20 million in funding to 17 low-income housing projects through the state. The funding will provide over 800 additional affordable housing projects across Indiana.
Local projects included in the awards are:
• Rehabilitation of the Blue Triangle from 96 single rooms to 44 one bedroom apartments and the renovation of Mozingo Place into a 28 unit complex.
• German Church Senior Apartments, a new construction encompassing 60 affordable two bedroom apartments in the Town of Cumberland.
