INDIANAPOLIS — Indianapolis Power & Light Company (IPL) recently launched two new Kubra EZ-PAYTM self-service bill payment kiosks in the lobby of their Customer Service Center, located at 2102 N Illinois St., as an additional payment option for customers.
The payment kiosks are an easy and secure way for customers to pay their bills quickly and with a variety of convenient payment methods, including cash, debit or credit card, and check. These kiosks will be available during regular business hours, which are Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and will provide a payment summary and the option to be read in Spanish for Spanish-speaking customers.
Later this year, IPL will also launch two additional payment kiosks that will be available to customers 24/7 at the Customer Service Center located on the exterior of the building and will provide the same services as the kiosks located in the lobby.
Additionally, IPL customers who utilize the payment kiosks a minimum of three times between the months of April and June 2017 will be automatically entered in a random drawing to a 32 GB Apple iPad mini 4.
