IRVINGTON — The Howe Alumni Association is holding a “Howe to Learn” reception May 5 from 6-9 p.m. at the Benton House, 312 S. Downey Ave. Tickets are $50 each, with proceeds going to support scholarship for at-risk students at T.C. Howe High School.
