INDIANAPOLIS — Following the first cabinet meeting of his administration, Mayor Joe Hogsett announced the appointment of several new hires including: Linda Broadfoot as Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation, Jason Larrison as Director of the Department of Code Enforcement, Emily Mack as Director of the Department of Metropolitan Development, Lori Miser as Director of the Department of Public Works, Sarah Riordan as the Indianapolis Local Public Improvement Bond Bank, and Maxine Russell as Director of the Department of Minority and Women Business Development.
Linda Broadfoot lives in Little Flower and was the Vice President of Development and Public Relations for Keep Indianapolis Beautiful. Emily Mack lives in Irvington and is President of Friends of Ellenberger Park. Jason Larrison is also an Irvingtonian and is a frequent contributor to the Urban Indy collaborative blog.
In addition, Mayor Hogsett announced the following additions to the Mayor’s Office staff, including Camille Blunt as Legislative Director, Peter Luster as Director of Neighborhoods and Community Outreach, and Katie Robinson, Director of Constituent Services. Katie Robinson worked as a Neighborhood Liaison for Warren Township.
