INDIANAPOLIS — The Builders Association of Greater Indianapolis (BAGI), the City of Indianapolis and Downtown Indy are partnering with builders from Redevelopment Group, Trade Design Studio, ZMC and Park 10 to showcase new construction, townhomes, and single-family homes in four distinct Downtown neighborhoods. The home tour will be held Oct. 15 from noon-7 p.m. beginning at the Coke/IPS parking lot off Mass Ave. and College. Tickets are $12 online at BAGI.com or $15 at the gate,
Each home will be fully landscaped, staged and staffed to provide tours and answer questions about Downtown living. Neighbors will be on-site, as will representatives from local Downtown schools and participating sponsors, to engage with guests.
Tour departs on shuttles at the Coke/IPS parking lot off Mass Ave and College. The tour will include the neighborhoods of Holy Cross (1159 Marlow Ave.), Fall Creek Place (2439 Broadway St.), Herron-Morton Place (1815 N. Alabama St.), and Chatham Arch.
