INDIANAPOLIS — The Pre-K application process began March 18, and is now available online. Several new Pre-K classes have been added, including five completely new sites. A Pre-K fair will be held at Arsenal Technical High School on March 21 from 9 a.m. to noon.
Seats in the Pre-K classes will be filled by a lottery selection, and the deadline for applications is April 10. Enrollment in any remaining open seats will continue through the summer.
Families enrolling a new student in Pre-K will need:
· Student’s birth certificate
· Complete immunization records
· Proof of residence (a lease or utility bill showing your name and current address)
· Picture ID for the parent or guardian
These documents may be submitted in-person or by e-mail; you will be contacted by our enrollment experts after submitting an electronic application to complete the final steps in the process.
For assistance with the application, call (317) 226-4000 or visit www.myips.org for more information.
