INDIANAPOLIS—Footlite Musicals is proud to present the musical, The Story of My Life, the musical. A New York critic stated that “The Story of My Life inspires us to reconnect with those who were part of the earliest chapters of our own life stories.” Music and lyrics by Neil Bartram and book by Brian Hill are highlights. Show dates are January 15th, 16th, 17th, 18th, 22nd, 23rd, 24th, and 25th.
The Story of My Life follows a lifelong friendship between two men, Alvin and Thomas. Their childhood bond continues throughout their adult years. The Story of My Life is one of the first “bromance” musicals to be written and includes school, distance, careers, girls, tradition, and death.
The Footlite production stars two Indianapolis veteran performers, Graham Brinklow and Tim Spradlin. The two men have over 30 years of stage experience and bring heart and warmth to this production. Having been well acquainted for over twenty years brings a chemistry that makes this story believable.
