INDIANAPOLIS — Foundation East seeks 20 families, businesses, or churches to monitor one of the local painted traffic boxes in a program known as Love Box. Each sponsor would receive training from Foundation East on how to properly care for the signal box art, work with public artists, and report vandalism to law enforcement officials. Cleanup efforts would be coordinated with the signal box artist. The sponsor would receive a Love Box kit including cleaning materials, graffiti-removal fluids, tarps, and paint brushes.
