INDIANAPOLIS — Indy residents can now do more through the Mayor’s Action Center, due to RequestIndy upgrades. RequestIndy is the city’s online portal and free mobile app service request system. RequestIndy upgrades now allow people to do the following:
• Make requests for repairs in Indy Parks for items such as: playground equipment, tree concerns, dog parks, potholes within a park and graffiti within a park
• Type in the name of a park facility to submit service requests without needing an exact address
• Call the Mayor’s Action Center to request service in Indy Parks
• Check the status of all service requests, including those made by phone, using RequestIndy. Previously, this was only available for requests made through the online portal or mobile app
• Access RequestIndy on any browser from any device.
The updated version of the mobile app is currently available for both Apple and Android devices in their respective app stores. People already using the app will either receive an automatic update or a notification to download the updated version.
Residents may call the Mayor’s Action Center at (317) 327-4MAC.
