The completed works of art will compete for the $4,000 prize awarded at the end of the Art vs. Art main event at the Vogue Theater in Broad Ripple. Between September 13th and September 26th, the public is invited to vote for their top three works located on the Art vs. Art Web site (artvsart.net) to determine the works of art that will make it to the main event. On the night of Art vs. Art, audience votes will decide which paintings will survive and which will face the wheel of death and be destroyed unless purchased at the on-the-spot auction taking place the last minute before destruction. The final remaining painting will be named the 2013 winner of Art vs. Art for all of the glory and the cash prize.
