INDIANAPOLIS — The East 10th Street Civic Association will be holding an open house for their new location at Clifford Corners, 3125 E. 10th St. Suite J. The open house will take place on First Friday, August 2. There will also be a concert and food trucks at Legacy Plaza and an art exhibition at the Urban Box community space in Clifford Corners.
