BEECH GROVE — Animal lovers are invited to bring pets of all types, shapes and sizes to the 15th annual Pet Carnival from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on July 13, hosted by the Indianapolis Veterinary Referral & Emergency Center (IVR/IVEC) near Beech Grove on Indianapolis’ southeast side, 5425 Victory Drive. The event is free to the public and takes place rain or shine. Guests are encouraged to bring items like food and cleaning supplies to help fulfill wishlists for the Humane Society of Johnson County and Morgan County Humane Society.
The Pet Carnival will feature product displays and samples from around 40 pet-related vendors including specialty foods, pet beds, custom-made fashion wear, waste management, memorial services, daycare and even original artwork from a horse. Special attractions include pet psychic readings, caricatures, face painting, low-cost pet photos by King Shots photography, paw print creations and much more.
