INDIANAPOLIS — There will be a free seminar for property owners and managers on July 31 from 8 a.m.-5 p.m. at the Indianapolis Museum of Art, DeBoest Lecture Hall. The program is presented by the Community Prosecution Division of the Marion County Prosector’s Office, and will cover the topic of keeping illegal activity out of rental property. There will be discussions about applicant screenings, rental agreements, ongoing management, warning signs of drug activity, crisis resolution, and the eviction process.
