INDIANAPOLIS — The Indiana Photographic Society 7th Annual “Through the Lens” Exhibition and Indianapolis High School Student Art Exhibition will be held April 6-June 1 at the Garfield Park Arts Center, 2432 Conservatory Dr. Admission is free. There will be a free reception held April 6 from 5-7 p.m. featuring live music and refreshments.
More than 80 works of fine art photography will be on display at The Garfield Park Arts Center, each an interpretation of the theme “Reflections. . .” This year, for the first time, the show will share the GPAC with artwork from top art students from 15 Marion County High Schools. Works in Drawing, Painting, Photography, Ceramics, Sculpture and Mixed Media, representing the best student work as nominated by High School art teachers, will line the hallways of the GPAC.
