INDIANAPOLIS — City of Indianapolis officials recently announced that they have selected the former Citizens Gas Coke Plant in the Twin-Aire neighborhood as the site for the Criminal Justice Center. The former RCA plant on East Michigan Street, and property near Indianapolis International Airport were finalists for the development.
