IRVINGTON — To honor their friend and favorite Santa Claus, Steve Nicewanger, the Benton House will be accepting toy donations for the holiday season. Paula Nicewanger has asked for these toys to be donated to another amazing local organization, Gaia Works.
Steve was on the Benton House Association Board, and was their Santa Claus for many years. In addition, this would be a fitting gift, as Steve loved toys (and kids) and loved being Santa because it brought smiles to kid’s faces. He passed away on December 28, 2021.
Please donate new, unwrapped gifts at the Benton House during the Holiday Bazaar November 18th and 19th, or you can place the gifts in the deck box by the back door of The Benton House if you are unable to attend the event.
