INDIANAPOLIS — Indianapolis Public School summer meal service will continue through July 22 on Tuesdays for three days worth of meals, and Thursdays for two days worth of meals. Meals are available to any child 18 years of age and younger.
Pick-ups will be available drive-thru style from 10 a.m.-noon at the following locations:
• Arlington Middle School, 4825 N. Arlington, Door 8
• Brookside School 54, 3150 E. 10th St., Door 8
• Center for Inquiry School 70, 510 E, 46th St., Door 7
• Christian Park 82, 4700 English Ave., Door 6
• Daniel Webster 46, 1450 S. Reisner St., Door 6
IPS begins the school year Monday, Aug. 2 with full in-person learning for all students grades pre-K through 12. Innovation school start days vary. The IPS Back-to-School Festival will be held Monday, July 19 from 11 a.m.-6 p.m. at the Children’s Museum at 3000 N. Meridian. The festival will be a drive-thru event for IPS families. Each school-aged child who attends with parent or guardian will receive a backpack with school supplies, back-to-school information, and much more.
