INDIANAPOLIS — The Indiana State Museum recently opened FIX: Heartbreak and Hope Inside Our Opioid Crisis, which will run through Feb. 7, 2021.
The 7,000 square foot exhibit invites visitors to unravel the crisis one step at a time, beginning with the science and biology behind opioid use disorder, other national health crises, and roads to recovery. Using a mix of art, science, multimedia, interactive exhibits, and inspiring artwork, the exhibit explores the complex nature of addiction, and how to break free of it.
The Indiana State Museum is located in White River State Park, 650 W. Washington St. Hours are Tuesday-Sunday from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Admission is $17 for adults, $16 for seniors 60+, $12 for youth ages 3-17, and $15 for students with valid college ID. For more information, visit indianamuseum.org
