INDIANAPOLIS — In support of IPS teachers planning to attend the Red for Ed Action Day on Tuesday, Nov. 19 at the Indiana Statehouse, the district has cancelled classes and declared it a professional development day.
Families should check the website at www.myips.org for updates, including information on free meal service and child care options.
IPS will be running programs at CFI #27 and CFI #70 on Nov. 19 for AYS families that register, similar to other PD days and holidays that are scheduled.
MSD Warren Township Schools will also be closed on Nov. 19 as well. Free lunches will be provided to all MSD Warren Township students at the intermediate middle schools from 11 a.m.-1 p.m.
MSD Lawrence Township and MSD Washington Township will also be closed on Nov. 19.
