INDIANAPOLIS — Ben Asaykwee, and Q Artistry will present FreedomZ at the District Theatre Oct. 1 and Oct. 2. Ben has been working with a group of young adults to produce a moving piece of real-life theatre which tells the story of teens growing up in the time of RFRA and their experiences and response. Drawn straight from interviews with kids these are authentic accounts of family life told with humor, honesty and wisdom.
Tickets are available for $10 online at indydistricttheatre.com. The theater is located at 627 Massachusetts Ave. On Friday, Oct. 1 doors open at 6 p.m., and on Oct. 2 there are two shows, one at 5 p.m. and the other at 7 p.m.
