Josie and Grace at the District Theatre

INDIANAPOLIS — From the creators of the hit off-Broadway show Josephine, the new musical Josie and Grace explores the extraordinary mostly untold story of the friendship between two of the most remarkable women of the 20th Century: legendary singer/dancer/activist/spy Josephine Baker and Academy Award Winner and European Princess, Grace Kelly/Princess Grace of Monaco.
Starring Tymisha Harris and Rachel Comeau, the show goes deep into the peaks and valleys of their friendship as their lives, and the world, shifted drastically over the decades, from 1951 to Baker’s death in 1975.
Shows will be at the District Theatre Friday, Feb. 2 at 7:30 p.m., Saturday, Feb. 3 at 2 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., and Sunday, Feb. 4 at 2 p.m. Tickets are $35 (VIP), $25 general admission, or $15 for students and senior.
