INDIANAPOLIS — The Luminaria in Irvington will take place Dec. 17 from 6-10 p.m. and the committee is looking for people to volunteer to help set up around Ellenberger, Irving Circle, and other public areas. This is a great project for a scout troop, school group, or civic-minded individuals.
