IRVINGTON — Friends of Irving Circle will present the 32nd Annual Summer Concert Series beginning on Saturday, June 15 and featuring Blue Alchemy with Donn Smith. The concert will run from 7-9 p.m. at the Irving Circle, 236 S. Audubon. The circle will be closed for the event about a half hour before the show.
The series continues on Saturday, July 13 with Audio Diner, and August 17 with The Auburns. All shows are free and open to all ages.
Refreshments are available for purchase, with proceeds going to improving the small park.
Friends of Irving Circle, a 501(c)3 not-for-profit organization, has the mission of maintaining and improving historic Irvington’s Irving Circle Park, located at the intersection of Audubon Rd. and University Ave. This volunteer group has taken care of Irving Circle Park for over 40 years.
While serving as an opportunity for neighbors to gather and enjoy the summer evening, the concerts also serve as a fundraiser through concession sales and sponsorships. The money raised from the concerts helps fund annual spring plantings, mulching, fountain and bust restoration, general maintenance and park events like future concerts, Halloween festivities and Winter Holiday activities.
They are appreciative of our 2024 sponsors and ask that you show your appreciation by frequenting them when possible.
