INDIANAPOLIS — On Saturday, Nov. 2, Eskenazi Health Center Cottage Corner, the Indianapolis Fraternal Order of Police and community organizations will partner to present the 18th annual Eskenazi Health Center Cottage Corner Health Fair. A comprehensive team of health care professionals will be on hand to answer questions and administer free health screenings and flu shots for children ages nine to 17 and adults of all ages.
Eskenazi Health Center Cottage Corner Health Fair will run from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Eskenazi Health Center Cottage Corner, 1434 S. Shelby St. in Indianapolis. Health screenings provided at no cost include blood pressure, oral health and depression. There will also be information about health insurance programs, MDwise, Fathers and Families Center, infant and toddler safety, and more.
Parking and activities will also be available, compliments of the Indianapolis Fraternal Order of Police, located across the street from the health center. Healthy snacks will be provided by the Wishard-Eskenazi Health Food and Nutrition Services and Teamsters Local 135.
