INDIANAPOLIS — The annual IndyFringe Theatre Festival returns Aug. 19-Sept. 5, welcoming audiences back inside the theatre. This year, there will be 50 productions with 319 artists over 12 nights.
Discover a diverse array of more than 250 performances including comedy, drama, dance, cabaret, magic and genre-defying shows — all in the Mass Ave Cultural Arts District. Over three weekends, the festival will be a showcase of local and Midwest talent (with a few national acts mixed in for good measure).
Venues include the IndyFringe theaters, Oasis at the Murat, District Theatre, and the Basile Theatre at the Athenaeum.
IndyFring will hold performances Thursdays-Sundays. Tickets are: Adults $20, Students/Kids $14, and FIver Passes 5 for $85. Eighty percent of all ticket sales are returned to the performers.
Tickets are available now online at indyfringe.org. Some shows will sell out quickly, particularly the comedian Stewart Huff, Dance Kaleidoscope, and the UIndy Theatre Company.
