Matt Eberflus

Colts fans got some good news when the team announced that Matt Eberflus would return as defensive coordinator for the team in 2021. This  will be Eberflus’s fourth season with the Horseshoe defense. He has been credited with turning the unit into one of the AFCs more formidable squads.
Eberflus has been coaching since graduating from Toledo in 1993. He coached at Toledo and then Missouri. He joined the coaching staff of the Cleveland Browns in 2009. He joined the Dallas Cowboys staff in 2011. He came to the Colts in 2018. He has a good relationship with Coach Frank Reich and helped develop linebacker Darius Leonard into an All Pro level player. Coach Eberflus will continue to build a championship defense for the Horseshoe.

IndyCar News 

The Honda IndyCar Grand Prix of Alabama has been postponed to April 18 due to COVID-19 concerns. The race will still be held at the Barber Motorsports Park in Birmingham. French Swiss driver Romain  Grosjean has signed to drive with Dale Coyne and Rick Ware Racing. The 34-year-old driver raced in Formula One for ten seasons. Grosjean will drive on the road and street courses in 2021. He is not scheduled to compete in the Indy 500.

J.J. Watt

J.J.  Watt has signed a two year $31 million deal with the Arizona Cardinals. The former Texan edge rusher who was three times defensive player of the year was released by Houston as a money saver earlier this year. Since that time the media had him linked up with half of the teams in the league. The Cards pass rush will immediately improve.
