INDIANAPOLIS — A non-partisan 501(c)(3) organization has been created to increase the number of informed Hoosier voters for the upcoming 2020 elections. The Indiana Citizen Education Foundation, Inc. (ICEF) — formed by Ann and Bill Moreau — aspires to improve Indiana’s lagging civic rankings.
Operating online as The Indiana Citizen (www.indianacitizen.org), there will be a pathway to confirm, modify or initiate voter registration. Based upon their address, Hoosiers will be able to determine who represents them, find information about the officeholders and contact them. Closer to the May primary and the November general election, a voter will be able to see the names on the ballot and be linked to information about the candidates and contact them.
