INDIANAPOLIS — On Saturday, June 15, there will ba a Car Show at 9976 East Washington Street, Art’s Skillet from 2-5 p.m. The show will honor all fathers with a Classic Car Truck and Bike Show. They are looking for the best Model T-or Model A in the Midwest, which will win a $25 Gift Card and a free autographed copy of Carol Sissom’s “Banking with Dillinger” book and Banking with Dillinger Best Getaway Car Trophy.
There will be nearly Top 30 awards, including Best 30’s car, best 40’s car, best 50’s car, best 60’s car, best 70’s car, Best 80’s car, Best Body Work trophy in honor of Carol’s Father, body shop founder and Master Painter Mark Caldwell, and many more.
Entertainment will be live music by Davey Jones “Under the Radar” who will perform two sets for the crowd. Registration fee is $20 from 2-5 p.m. If you bring in a hand-held photograph of your father you get $5 off the registration fee.
